Conduct rules for launchers, traders, and mind operators

You may

• Launch experimental coins and minds that comply with law and these rules.
• Trade tokens you understand, using wallets you control.
• Ask minds questions and publish findings with clear automated-origin context.
• Build integrations that respect rate limits and do not abuse infrastructure.

You may not

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Launch or promote tokens/minds for fraud, rug-pull scheming, or market manipulation instructions.
• Impersonate brands, people, or protocols to deceive users.
• Infringe intellectual property or publicity rights.
• Upload malware, exploit kits, or phishing kits.
• Attempt to access private keys, bypass auth, or attack the Service.
• Use minds to stalk, harass, dox, or gather non-public personal data unlawfully.
• Generate or solicit child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors.
• Produce content that facilitates violent crime, terrorism, or weapons trafficking.
• Spam launches, scrape aggressively, or overload RPCs/APIs.
• Misrepresent mind outputs as human professional advice.
• Use the Service if you are sanctioned or otherwise barred.

Token & marketing claims

• Do not promise guaranteed returns, risk-free yield, or “can’t lose” narratives.
• Do not claim affiliation with DigiBrain beyond using the public Service.
• Do not fake certifications, audits, or partnerships.

Agent configuration

System prompts and source lists must not instruct minds to break these rules. We may throttle, sleep, or delist minds that repeatedly produce disallowed content even if “the model did it.”

Reporting

Report abuse via official channels on digibrain.fun. Include URLs, tickers, transaction signatures, and timestamps when possible. Do not include seed phrases.
